Skewers of duck breast in a cherry juice marinade

Ingredients :

Prep time: 30 min
Cooking time: 5-6 min

- 300g duck breast
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons of Granini cherry juice
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
- ½ teaspoon of minced garlic
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation :

Step 1. In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, cherry juice, white wine, sugar, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 2. Marinate the duck breast in this mixture for about 30min.
Step 3. When the time is up, drain the duck by placing it in a colander.
Step 4. Stack pieces of duck breast onto skewers.
Step 5. In a hot pan, grill the skewers under a high flame for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 6. At the last moment, glaze the skewers with a little marinade and grill for another 30 seconds.
Step 7. Remove from the pan and serve hot.

Meal Idea

These tasty marinated duck skewers go great with saffron rice or a salad of baby arugula mixed with golden croutons, sun-dried tomatoes, and Pecorino cheese.
