Exercise while watching TV

To really loose weight without hunger pangs, there are not many solutions. Sports (cardio training is the best to loose weight, such as playing tennis, of course), 2 or 3 times per week for 40 minutes minimum. Don’t bother with just a half-hour, it burns off practically no fat.

Except that like everyone else, at Do It, we find it very hard to keep up !

Our darling solution? Privilege elliptical options (like Swedish power walking, less horrible than jogging) while watching TV, the way you can do it at the Klay Club, for example. The must ? Watch an episode of your favorite TV series, time flies by more quickly.

The alternative ? Sign up in a low-cost gym that has to TV linked to the machines, and come with your I-pad where you have downloaded your favorite series that you only watch while on your mills, to make sure you want to come back: to be followed!.

For super lazy bones, try exercising in your living room

The must ? Go there early in the morning on an empty stomach and use up your body stock
