A diet lapse? No problem

After a heavy family meal or a long lasting happy hour, I wager everything on lemon and plants. I press a little bit of lemon juice in a glass of cold or hot water and I don't hesitate to drink several glasses all day long and to alternate with green tea in order to enhance my digestion. Of course I also eat light.

For example, I eat normally at lunchtime (veggies-starch-proteins) and a very light plate at night (raw fennel, beet, lentils).
