Bao: the street-food mania from China

Bao: the street-food mania from China

After burger-mania, now it’s the hot-dog folly: baos is the new fad of street-foodistas.

Careful: you can quickly be hooked on brioche-sandwiches, super popular in China, made with wheat flour, steam cooked, served piping hot and filled with pork, veggies (salty version) sesame or red bean rouge)

For extra pleasure, it is highly recommended to eat them with your hands.

The must? You can taste them at the Yam’Tcha brioches boutique, where star chef Adeline Grattard whips them up sweet or salty.
