Hugo & Victor, the revolutionaries of traditional pastry are once again shaking up the classics by tackling their fetish cake: the Saint-Honoré.
For summer, this cult dessert is to be eaten in street-food mode as a take-away filled on the spot with two scoops of unctuous ice cream (vanilla / chocolate or raspberry/ almond milk, our favorite) to which are added all the signature codes : caramelized pâte feuilletée, stuffed pastry puff and Chantilly.
We love: the explosion of savors offered by this really delicate and ultra refined frozen version to be found in the two addresses of the house (40 boulevard Raspail, 75007 Paris & 7 rue Gomboust, 75001 Paris).
