In the growing family of roamin food trucks, popping up on every street corner, the new item is the syrup truck. After burger mania, it’s now syrup playing at being a nomad.
Tuesday and Wednesday, Moulin de Valdonne is setting up its syrup bar at Saint-Lazare, an occasion to have a free sip of strawberry, mint or grenadine syrups, reminders of our childhood or to discover new flavors like a wonderful peach-apricot.
And here you can also eat syrup ! Try their bubble gum cupcake, the chocolate mint mousse or salmon lemon muffin.
The must : cooking workshops with chef Nicolas Tissier of l’Atelier Vivanda, to learn how to make a sweet/sour dish using a syrup base.
