Camembert roasted with figs and almonds
Preparation time: 10mn
Cooking time: 10mn
Ingredients for 4 persons :
1 camembert
1 ripe fig
50 gr of shredded almonds
Powdered sugar
Chives
Preparation :
Preheat your oven to 180°C
Step 1. In a skillet, dry heat the shredded almonds, and make sure they do not burn
Step 2. Add a dab of butter and the fig cut into fine quarters
Step 3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and allow to caramelize
Step 4. Take the camembert cheese out of its wrapping, wet the wooden box and replace the camembert inside
Step 5. Place the figs on top, then bake for about 10 minutes. Keep a close eye on the cooking
Step 6. Serve immediately!
