Tiramisu Cream of chestnut
« I delight my guests this Saturday night with this revisited Fall version of the tiramisu. They will adore it ! »
Step 1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
Step 2. Mix the yolks and two types of sugar.
Step 3. Whip in the mascarpone.
Step 4. Add two spoonfuls of chestnut cream.
Step 5. Beat the egg whites into peaks and incorporate delicately into the previous mixture with a wooden or silicone spatula.
Step 6. Prepare the coffee.
Step 7. Wet the biscuits in the coffee.
Step 8. In the dish, place the biscuits at the bottom of the mold.
Step 9. Cover the mixture with mascarpone
Step 10. Dust over with cocoa powder.
Step 11. Put into the icebox for 6 hours minimum
