Gratin of apricots with amaretto
Ingredients for 4 persons :
Preheat the oven to 180 ?C (th. 6)
8 apricots
1 tablespoon of lavender honey
1 tablespoon of shredded almonds
1 tablespoon of fresh cream
1 egg
1 tablespoon of flour
3 filled table spoons of almond powder
2 table spoons of amaretto
1 tablespoon of shredded almonds
Prepare the apricots
Step 1. Rinse and dry 8 nice apricots. Open them in half and pit them... Then cut them in quarters and place them in a salad bowl.
Step 2. Add 1 tablespoon of lavender honey and 1 tablespoon of shredded almonds
Step 3. Mix all together, but delicately.
Step 4. Leave to marinate during 20 minutes.
Prepare the amaretto cream
Step 1. In a bowl, gather 1 tablespoon of fresh cream, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of flour, 3 filled table spoons of almond powder, 2 table spoons of amaretto and tablespoon of lavender honey.
Prepare and cook the gratin
Step 1. Pour this cream in a pie dish, spread it out well and regularly with a spatula.
Step 2. Then place the apricots, with the cut side towards the top, in a circle.
Step 3. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of shredded almonds.
Step 4. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5. Serve the apricot gratin still a bit warm in the dish.
