Tahitian style fish
Ingredients for 4 persons
600 g of fish (tuna or sea bream)
1 red pepper
1 cucumber
2 grated carrots
6 green limes
Coconut milk
Shallots, chives, tarragon, onions
Choose ultra fresh fish
Prepare the fish:
STEP 1. Remove the fish bones and cut into cubes
STEP 2. Marinate the pieces during 2 hours in the squeezed lemon juice with a little salt.
Prepare the rest of the garnishing :
STEP 1. Grate the carrots
STEP 2. Cut the pepper into small pieces
STEP 3. Pit the cucumber and cut into thin slices, salt and let them drain.
