Strawberry pie
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients for 6 persons :
1 roll of pastry dough
250g mascarpone
500g strawberries
1 tablespoon vanilla powder
50g powdered sugar
Pistachios without shells
Preparation:
Step 1. With a pastry cutter, cut the dough into discs, 8 cm in diameter and cook them at 180°C.
Step 2. Mix the mascarpone, powdered sugar and vanilla powder to make a smooth cream and place in the refrigerator.
Step 3. Wash and remove stems from strawberries.
Step 4. Make the small tartelette pies by spreading a generous amount of cream onto each pastry disc and place on top, a strawberry, cut into two, some crushed pistachios and a little powdered sugar as a garnish.
