Mushrooms stuffed with Boursin and Parmesan
Ingredients for 6 person(s):
18 Paris mushrooms
1 garlic & chives Boursin cheese of 150 grams
1 tablespoon of grated parmesan
15 grams of regular butter
Black ground pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C
Step 1. Take out the Boursin from the icebox so that it is at room temperature.
Step 2. Lightly butter an earth dish that can go into the oven.
Step 3. Remove the mushroom stems.
Step 4. Quickly clean the hats under cold water, then dry them with absorbing paper.
Step 5. Then garnish the hats with the Boursin and sprinkle each mushrooms with a little grated parmesan and a dash of pepper.
Step 6. Then place the mushrooms in the earth dish (place the curved side on the bottom).
Step 7. Leave in the oven for 10 mn, until the parmesan is nice and golden.
