Gazpacho
Preparation time: 15mn
Ingredients for 6 persons :
6 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 cucumber
4 garlic cloves
1 onion
0,5 liters of chicken broth
250 gr of bread
10 cl of wine vinegar
10 cl of olive oil
Salt and Pepper mill
A few basil leaves for the presentation
Preparation :
Step 1. Peel and take out the seeds of the tomatoes (by dipping them in boiling water of with the help of a tomato peeler)
Step 2. Wash and remove the seeds from the peppers
Step 3. Wash and remove the seeds from the cucumber
Step 4. Mince the garlic and the onion
Step 5. Mix all the vegetables with the chicken broth and the olive oil, salt and pepper
Step 6. Place the bread in vinegar for a few minutes and mix
Step 7. Mix the two preparations and set aside in a fresh place for at least one hour
At serving time, distribute in the bowls and decorate with a basil leaf
