Raw salmon and cucumber
Ingredients for 4 person(s)
500 g of a salmon (without skin or fishbones)
1/2 cucumber
150 g of fresh goat cheese type Chavroux
8 petals of dried tomatoes
1 bunch of chives
2 table spoons of liquid fresh cream
2 table spoons of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Step 1. Cut the filet of salmon into cubes and place in a bowl.
Step 2. Add 6 petals of dried tomatoes in little cubes, the lemon juice and the olive oil.
Step 3. Salt and pepper and place in the icebox for 20mn.
Step 4. Mix the goat cheese with the liquid cream and chopped chives.
Step 5. Pepper.
Step 6. Rinse the cucumber and cut into thin slices.
Step 7. Spread out the raw salmon then cover up with creamy cheese and cucumber slices.
Step 8. Decorate with the rest of tomatoes and serve.
