In the kitchen, it’s Joackim Salliot who interprets Eric Guérin’s culinary talents in a very « earthy Norman » mode. To be savored: pressed foie gras and apple, sablé with spices and green apple balsamic cream (25€), a valley of Auge« farmer chicken (27€) or an « Irish coffee » millefeuille, vanilla, coffee and caramel-whiskey redbreast ice cream(16€).

We adore: the terrific decor of the restaurant with large bay window diving onto the garden, white leather and peacock blue wall, glass cages to accentuate transparencies and chandeliers in Murano glass feathers…
