Brand new and beautiful TIGRR, the Asian restaurant launched with success in Megève by the trio Jérome Foucaud (ex Byblos, Murano), Philipe Di Méo, successful designer and Arnaud Duheim (ex Shangri-la Paris) will be set up for the summer season in the bar, salon and on the terrace of l’Ermitage, the mythical hotel on place des Lices.
Better than a great hotel, this trendy home-sweet-home is more than ever a house of buddies, beautifully renovated by André and taken over by maestro Jérome Foucaud.
The very good news? With TIGRR, nostalgics of the « authentic » Saint Trop’ attitude will be in fun loving heaven. Music, entertainment, XXL tables of pals, great decor, and amazing eats concocted by an ultra-talented Asian couple.
On the plates: simple delights: nems and spring rolls, all sorts of dim-sums, perfectly fresh California rolls, raw tuna tartare with sesame sauce, Thai bee and sea bass, including a coconut mango or chocolate nems. To be enjoyed with good wines and great cocktails such as Spritz, Wasabi Martini as well as jars of cocktails to be shared.
You will adore: Minou, party MC of Parisian nights and in-house maître d’, who loves to get disguised as a tiger or a cat and brings you wild cocktails without asking your advice.
