Lunch break at the Ritz
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays take a lunch break that will be a change from the chicken salad at the local café. The Ritz kitchens opens their doors from 1am to 2pm. First step, prepare the dish of your choice, for example, des tagliatelli with pesto, chicken fricassée with curry, Vienese style salmon... second step, taste your concoction directly in the kitchen, third step, have a coffee and go back to the office after a chef's lunch!
