The concept: raw food. Hey what’s that? A RAW cuisine that reveals the savoir of nutrients! You will a-do-re !
On the menu: Raw, almost raw and cooked, there is something for all the tastes, reluctant persons (who will not stay that way, we promise!).
We would sell our soul for the salmon sashimi with vaudouvan and rush into the kitchen to thank the chef for the ceviche of beef with Sambal pimento ! Furthermore, they change the menu at each season !
The Chef: Jérémie Rosenbois, the king or raw, lets his imagination roam and tantalizes our taste buds after his stint with Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon.
The Plus: Modular menus: it’s possible to order dishes in small portions for starters to be eaten right away or to go at very affordable prices!
Formula starter + dish or dish + dessert starting at 14€ if you eat there (12 € to go)
Non-stop service Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to 10:30pm
