Ingredients for 6 cookies:
50 g of grated coconut
110 g of flour
1/2 sachet of yeast
90 g of sugar
70 g melted butter +1 nut of butter for the mold
2 eggs
Small coconut cookies
Step 1. In a salad bowl, break the eggs and whip with sugar. Add the flour and the years then the grated coconut. Mix and incorporate the melted butter. Mix one last time until the dough is homogenous.
Step 2. Butter the moulds and pour the dough then take at 190°C in preheated oven for 20 minutes. When the knife blade sunk into the cakes comes out dry, then the cookies are done.
