Preparing the caramel

Step 1. Pour the preparation in a rectangle dish on a silicone sheet.
Step 2. Let cool down and cut up in rectangles.
Step 3. Plant a lollipop stick in each rectangle.
Step 4. Coat the lollipops with black, milk or white chocolate at room temperature.
Step 5. Drip dry then place on a sheet of guitar.
Step 6. Allow to crystallize. Unstick from the sheet and enjoy!
