The zero calories spaghettis of Gwyneth Paltrow

We were dreaming of them and Gwyneth did it. The art of transforming fatty spaghettis into a super healthy cacio e pepe dish with sublime courgettes. As Gwyneth Paltrow herself explains: “ Cacio e pepe is one of my favourite pasta dishes, so when Thea and I began cutting up into spaghettis all the vegetables we had underfoot, we decided that spaghettis with courgettes would be a super idea. We were right, it’s even better than the original version and very simple to prepare. If you don’t own a spiralizer, stop everything and go order one. Immediately. No kidding, it will change your life.”

Vegetarian, gluten free, less than 30 minutes

Preparation:

In a big salad bowl, mix the spaghettis of courgette with the oil and the pepper.

Add the cheese, stir and salt.
