Ingredients for 2 persons :
20 cl of cold liquid cream
½ sachet of cremfix (optional)
2 tablespoons of glazed sugar
3 ml of Teisseire strawberry syrup
30 cl of low fat milk
Real « strawberry milk »
Whip the cold cream into chantilly with an electric beater. When the chantilly begins to froth, pour the cremefix powder and the glazed sugar. Continue to beat until it becomes firm.
In a pot, heat the milk slowly. Remove from fire when it boils and if a skin has formed remove it.
Pour the syrup in a glass and add the hot milk then with a special pouch squeeze the chantilly on top, add a cherry and savor with a straw.
Small tip for speedy types: use an aerosol chantilly spray can !
