4 Florida grapefruits
2 chicken breasts
250 g of spinach shoots
Oliver oil and 2 tablespoons of Florida grapefruit
A little sun in your plate to motivate it to settle over the Parisian sky!
Step 1 : Cook the chicken in chunks until golden brown. Salt, pepper. Peel the grapefruit and cut up in quarters.
Step 2 : In a salad bowl, mix the spinach shoots, chicken chunks and grapefruit slices. Whip up a vinaigrette by mixing 2 table spoons of olive oil and grapefruit.
Sprinkle with grilled sesame seeds and serve immediately.
