A star studded cocktail party with Eric Frechon

For the bag of chips and the bowl of cherry tomatoes, chef Eric Frechon unveils his 30 recipes to give some chic and a very Michelin star touch to small dinners with the gals or fun happy hour drinks with the gang.

But this will not cost you a wad, amuse-bouches are made with simple and inexpensive ingredients such as Reblochon cheese candies, potatoes stuffed with anchovies and basil as well as delicious biscuits with parmesan, goat and small vegetables (link towards the recipe).
