Pedal pushing on the Champs for a good cause

24h Velib 2013 Relai 4

The Tour de France has not even begun and already the Champs Elysées are being transformed into a bike race track on Sunday 22 June from 8am to 8pm. No racing bikers that day, but 400 Vélib’ that you can hop onto in order to celebrate this new 24h Vélib venue.

A cool and charity bike relay, celebrating the 7 years of self-service two-wheelers in Paris (yes already!). Chic, the energy of our pedal pushing will be converted by a counter to benefit three associations (Good Planet, the Petits Princes association and Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque).

How does it work? The event is free, to participate, just show up.

The plus: a track reserved for kids and a guinguette stand to nibble in a country dance ambiance.

24h Vélib, Sunday 22 June from 8am to 8pm. From Concorde to Petit Palais
