Do It Yourself workshops for fashonistas

Les Ateliers Do It Yourself Des Modeuses

Exit uniform looks, the trend is more than ever all about personalization. And it’s a very good thing, the online site La Petite Mercerie is opening a very ephemeral workshop in an industrial boudoir right in the trendy Marais.

During two weeks, we are going to learn how to use a sewing needle to customize each piece of our wardrobe. But also how to upgrade a tee-shirt, put together a collar, a pouch in fabric or college girl socks just like those über chic Gossip Girls… Theme driven workshops are accessible each day.  So just sign up and you will be given all the necessary equipment. And at the end, each one departs with their own creation (count between 15 and 25€).

The plus: a selection of supplies at mini prices (cuttings, ribbons, decorating accessories…) and of course in the presence of candidates from the Cousu Main show (Saturday 11 October from 10am to1pm).

Ma Petite Mercerie, from 6 to 18 October 2014
