Rue Saint Denis
For a long time, this gaudy area was synonymous with sex-shops, peep shows and hookers. But times are changing and ambiguous places have been taken over by champagne bars, charming florists, trendy nail bars, private clubs and small bistrots with talented young chefs.

A brunch bar at Twinkie
A lovely Brooklyn-style cantina that produces top notch brunches at all hours of the day and the week...
We like... The kitchen that opens onto the dining room with a tad industrial décor, small metro format ceramics on the wall and a series of design tables and chairs.
Seven different brunch formulas at 19 EUR with fresh juice or a made-to-order smoothie in keeping with the fruit and vegetables of the moment, a bread basket filled with all sorts of different loaves on which you can spread butter, Nutella and jam pear.
And always... a menu featuring delicious salads, and die-fir bagels with cream-cheese and Kaspia salmon.
Out of this world ! Cheesecake, scones, chocolate brownie.
