Your dream is learning how to cook with a pro, being aware of the best products, to master the right gestures and cooking tricks, and furthermore, being able to taste the result of your work? Look no further, sign up for the brand new Alain Ducasse Cooking School. Whatever may be the level (beginner or passionate) or the course chosen amongst a wide array of themes (traditional, haute cuisine, comfort food, pastry...), they last a half day, in small groups of 12 persons at most and are supervised by a super pro of the Ducasse stable. Is it expensive? Between 165 and 285 EUR, so yes a little ! But having taken part in this venture, we can assure you that the teaching quality is more than perfect and, mostly, that at the end of the course you will be cooking very differently.
