Chic happy hour at the Park Hyatt
It would be easy to imagine one were in a scene from one of Sofia Coppola's movies... Glamourissimo and a far cry away from the palaces in the area...
This particular Hyatt cultivates its contemporary allure and its « anti-Chesterfield armchair » approach, that seems so well anchored in how the Parisian perceives a hotel bar... As a curtain raiser to spending a wonderful evening, nestle near the ultra-modern fire place, unless you choose the fab square courtyard that has been heated for irrepressible smokers (and hot spot for incognito stars ...) sipping a stupendous cocktail, for which only a select few palaces detain the secrets...
The genius behind these magical nectars at the bar is Yann Daniel, mixing god and creator of the now mythical Park Hyatt Flower, a cocktail made with champagne, litchi and rose... Here the haute couture tapas lovingly match your long-drinks with a few mini burgers, egg with foie gras and other delicate finger foods...
