Lunch at the truffle bar
Truffle lovers and high-end foodies pay attention! The new rendezvous of ultra-chic young ladies in the area is this truffle bar- quite unique in Paris --a haven of peace and cool-- like a Proust madeleine reminiscent of our holidays in Provence, and rightly so... Un jour à Peyrassol is nothing other than the gourmet offshoot of the Peyrassol vineyard and domain that has been reset in a modern style decor: freestone walls, tables in grey wood and transparent molded plastic- all this with a design and cozy touch. Between two gossips and a few sips of a delicous Côtes de Provence rosé wine, one savors a few dishes upscaled by the black diamond- gnocchis with a cream of truffle or a baked potato also with a seasonal truffle cream for big eaters, small raviolis with asparagus and minced truffles for picket eaters...
