Vendôme-Saint-Honoré
Small paradise of luxury and made in Paris couture, the place Vendôme and the rue Saint Honoré also convey the French touch and and a very special know-how... A chic yet anti-bling-bling agenda to take advantage of the most high-end « Fashion » enclave in the world without necessarily paying top prices.

Dinner at Flottes Ôtrement
It's because these kinds of places exist that one remembers why we are so fond of brasseries making you feel like buying an « I love Paris » T-shirt. Take a closer look at this Parisian portrait:
The traditional ground floor roots...
The pretty girls come down the street from the House of Chanel for a quick and outstanding ham-butter-pickle sandwich, perched high up on their stilettos.
The decor? A large room all in wood, a high-end feel, clinking cups, papers on the counter, red wine glasses galore, the chic down to earth attitude and some nice products. A poetic menu that foodies read with emotion: Chateaubriand béarnaise, egg-mayo, bone marrow, crêpes flambées with Grand Marnier... Formula at 24 EUR. 35 EUR à la carte.
On the first fashion level...
At the top of the stairs a totally different Parisian story is unveiled. Same family, same establishment but clearly a more up to date mundane theater and a super snob clientele in a modern-style boudoir decorum as sophisticated as it is cozy.
In the trendy plates? Small junk-fooderies à la française thought up by Frédérick Grasser-Hermé.
For example? A tartine Poilâne with truffles, snails in little sandwiches, smoked salmon tataki style, linguini with poutargue fish egs...
