The King of French Fries!

The first authentic French fries shack just like in Belgium, a pure northern delight, has opened in Paris, right near the historical Panthéon on the Left Bank. Happiness in a bag of fries for 2,50€ !

No grease here, you have in front of you a craftsman of old fashioned fries! Just imagine a wonderful bag of fries, peeled by hand, prepared with love by a very nice guy from the North, served in a paper container with a big smile.

His secret? Old-school cooking just like our grannies used to do it, with potatoes dipped twice in animal grease.

Now dip into the forbidden pleasure of house sauces, mortally addictive : tartare, American or samourai (mayo, ketchup, harissa).

The other darling? The chicken fry, mini-chicken of fab nuggets.

We also like: their top notch house-burgers (special  Paris-Lille dedication to pure beef + maroilles AOP cheese + fried onion + salad and fresh tomatoes + special sauce), but also real liégeoises waffles.
