Pushing open the door of Astier is sure to awaken your Parisian soul, since it’s one of the best bistros in Paris offering a marvelous atmosphere, great service, upscale cuisine and a very pleasant decor.

On the menu: vintage as we like it ! A velvety chestnut soup with truffles, a divine lobster bisque with foie gras, veal shank with cèpes mushrooms sauce and small potatoes. As for their incredible cheese platter, it is an American’s dream come true.

We adore: the starter + dish + cheese + dessert menu for  45€. Ask for their Grand Marnier soufflé—even though it’s not always on the menu, but whipped up by the owner when his buddies request it...
