A beachcomber snack time

Caramel snack time

First option of a Proust Madeleine shoot : rush chez Leroux, the devilish caramel specialist from Brittany inventor of the « CBS », a trademark brand of salty butter caramel, who has set up his boutique in Paris.

Other sweet delights, the boutique  of La Mère Poulard, at Opéra with her furiously nostalgic butter biscuits. With just one mouthful, you jump back to childhood, nose in the wind and feet in the sand. Special kudos to their lemon biscuits--irresistible.
