The Crazy Horse, a mythical and VIP cabaret

While Paris is known for its cabarets and naughty dancers, the Crazy Horse stands out from all the others. Far from kitshy feathers plumes and tourist trap ruffles in the Moulin Rouge vein, this temple of femininity, created more than 60 years ago by Alain Bernardin, is one of those legendary venues that reinvented itself. Because, the Crazy is totally hip and you regularly meet the Gotha such as Arielle Dombasle or BHL.

To wit the new show « Désirs » signed Philippe Decouflé, the famous choreographer and Ali Mahdavi, photographer/designer who worked with Thierry Mugler.

Nestled in a totally glam red velvet banquette, you are literally hypnotized by the gorgeous bodies of the famous « girls from the Crazy » who wiggle and move in front of us to the sound of  et se jazz, electro  music’s and bewitching melodies. With for unique costume a square wig and a pair of Louboutin, the curbs of these dreamlike creatures are enhanced by subtle and playful lighting.

We adore: the ultra glamour and a tad impertinent moment on the mouth-shaped sofa created at the time by Salvador Dali.
