Finding vintage and trendy furniture

We041013 Des Meubles Styles Et Vintage Comme On Aime 500 1

The Saint-Ouen flea market has never been so hype and trendy than since Habitat is now in Saint-Ouen located in a former garage that has an old factory feeling.

But don’t expect to find pieces from the latest catalogue because here everything is certified vintage. At Habitat 1964 (date when the flagship was created), you pick up decorating items and stylish furniture from the old collections of the famous design creator: 60s armchairs, the famous lit coffee table designed by the Daft Punk or colorful classroom chairs.

The hot tip: the boutique functions like a real tag sale. All the furniture was bought by the flagship that continues to buy back its old pieces. Good news for those who want to get rid of their parent’s old Habitat furniture!

Tops: for the Mondial des Puces even, the boutique is presenting an exhibition of sculptures by Christophe Mureau this weekend.

Fashionistas are also in the swing here with an ultra trendy selection by L’Eclaireur. The concept-store of reference offers in this new space pieces with by couturiers from the 80s to 2000.

And also: GZ store, a brand new space with contemporary decorations and works by street-artists. The vernissage will take place on Friday from 7pm to 11pm. To participate, just send an e mail to the following address julia@galeriegz.fr.
