Mojo, the new snack couture bar

Mojo Sandwich

The Mojo Kitchbenbar is the new hot spot that is buzzing around the Opéra. Cantina at lunch and wine bar in the evening, two good reasons of coming to this very cocooning place with a high-end allure featuring banquette and cozy sofas designed by Dorothée Meilichzon (Beef Club and l’Experimental, all hers).

Couture sandwiches and colorful salads at lunch, here snacking is truly chic. Don’t look for a menu, the recipes are framed on the wall like family photos. Everything is prepared live in front of our eyes with good fresh ingredients that come straight from the small producers selected for the quality of their products.

In a soft crispy bread, dozens of combos possible. For example ? The Oslo with smoked salmon, mango, raw avocado and fried onions (7,50 €), the Guadalajara with smoked chicken, raw avocado, tomatoes (7,50 €),, special kudos for the San Sebastian very Spanish style with avec Serrano ham, goat cheese and  sweet salad (6,50 €). Each recipe is customized with a mojonade, house sauces made with ricotta, yogurt or tomatoes and fresh herbs.

If you have a sweet tooth, impossible to miss the praline and caramel tart will little beads of chocolate, created specially by chocolatier Régis for Mojo, a pure delight.

We like: the formulas with drink and dessert included starting at 8,90 € and the super warm welcome.

Change of ambiance in the evening for very gourmet happy hours. Nibble on a raw salmon with Granny Smith apple (12 €) or slabs of charcuteries (15 €) and cheese with nice glasses of wine (starting at 3,50 € per glass). And starting in May, miniatures sandwiches just like tapas.
