Straight from the district of Harajuku, enclave of Tokyo’s lolitas, this crêperie with an allure of dollhouse is all about color. Pink is the main color starting with the hyper girly store sign that would make Barbie herself pale with envy.
The fake heart-shaped crêpes in the window display will convince you to enter this small bubble of candor in the heart of the Marais.
On the menu, a score of compositions, from the most classic (Chantilly strawberry, chocolate banana) to the most daring with confectioner’s custard, vanilla or chocolate ice cream. And for some we are close to the « calorically incorrect » with real slices of cheesecake and chocolate cake (such as the Nutella, strawberry, Chantilly AND cheesecake… a killer).
The most Japanese? The matcha crêpe with matcha ice cream, Chantilly and caramel topping.
We adore: very kawaii sweet treats minutely executed by a darling twig straight out of a manga.
The plus? Oreo, Kit Kat, M&M’s… and other amazing toppings.
