AG Les Halles, a sharp cuisine for big tables

Ag les halles restaurant

Things are jumping in Les Halles! Close to the end of the XXL construction site, the 2.0 district has just inaugurated its first (big) nugget. Hop on!

At the helm of this “flagship bistro”: chef Alan Geaam, known for having rescued Auberge Nicolas Flamel, the oldest dining room in Paris. This time, he has taken over the ex Autobus Impérial to create a new place, epicenter of hedonism and gourmet Parisian taste. Chic but not pretentious-- we like.

Concretely, happy hour takes place at the counter or nestled in comfy sofas. The offer? Forgotten mixtures such as the Pussy Foot (orange juice, lemon, egg yolk) hangover remedy dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, with hams and cheese.

Tables for two or ten are set up under the vintage skylight. Pressée of foie gras(12€) or panned mushrooms (10€), Kasi de veau and chou kale (29€) or veggie plate (18€), chariot or cheese refined by Sanders (12€) before the house chariot of desserts (10€).

And soon, Sunday lunch with roast chicken like in the good old days.

Open Monday to Saturday from 12am to 2pm and from 7pm to 10.30pm. Lunch formulas 18-42€. Evening formulas 39-55€.
