Squash puff
"I pull out the Fall colors at the same time as my wardrobe with this recipe that puts squash in the spotlight, filled with potassium and vitamin A"
Step 1. Mince the onion and the garlic.
Step 2. Peel and grate the squash.
Step 3. Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Step 4. In a large stewpot, cook the onions and the garlic with a tablespoon of olive oil at an average flame.
Step 5. Once the onions have whitened, add the e cumin, the 5 spices, the coriander, the powdered pimento.
Step 6. Cook for a few minutes until the spices have been incorporated.
Step 7. Add the grated squash and cook for 5/7 minutes stirring from time to time.
Step 8. Add the ground meat and let cook for about ten minutes.
Step 9. On a working surface covered with flour, spread the dough to shape 6 square each 15 cm wide.
Step 10. Place the mixture in the middle of the dough squares and close by pinching the sides.
Step 11. Baste the dough with egg yolk and a little bit of milk so that it takes on a golden aspect.
Step 12. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
