After cocktail bars, nail bars, blow dry bars and even siesta bars for a quick nap, Paris now welcomes a brand new bar concept, imagined by Lise-the jam bar !
What is it exactly ? La « Chambre à Confitures », this enclave dedicated to jams features one hundred delicious jam flavors and a few unusual combos presented in rows and stacks. « Fall Fruit », « Winter Citrus Fruit », « Fruit from elsewhere », « Floral jellies »... easy to find; the small jars are presented by season and flavor.
Don't hesitate to taste them ! The different textures and surprising recipes are always a delight. Savor the « Chocolaty and naughty jams » - heart throb for the glazed Chestnut, at 8,50 EUR - that one can eat while watching a good film. And have fun guessing the flavors behind the jam called « Devinez » (Guess) !
