The KGB
Noone masters the art of French-Asias culinary harmony as well as William Ledeuil. The chef of Ze Kitchen Galerie opened several weeks ago an annex on the same street, under the name KGB, for Kitchen Galerie Bis. His obsessions are featured with the same gourmet delight as in the main house: top notch hors d'oeuvres (small Green Zebra tomato soup with flower coriander, shrimp-chicken balls...), limpid and inspired dishes (an amazing mackerel lacquered with miso) along with light but addictive deserts (roasted figs and Fjord ice water). In a decor that does not overpower the plate: modern canvases, concrete floors and metal chairs... watch out for the strong aux decibels!
Count 40-50 EUR per person, lunch menus at 27 and 34 EUR
