Japanese dinner at Toyo
Toyo is short for Toyomitsu Nakayama, the former personal chef of designer Kenzo. We can't help but think how lucky he was to have had him since 8 years. We are delighted to share him in this totally filled-up dining room, titillated by his culinary talent, his light fried foods, his steamed shell fish and his terrific sauce tartare with algae, his juicy sirloin steak on a bed of Korean mushrooms. We recommend a reservation at the counter -if greasy smells don't offend you - to observe from closer up how clever blades operate in silence.
Menus at 55 and 75 EUR in the evening (45 at lunch time)
