La Guinguette de Neuilly: Ah ! How wonderful it feels... to sit along the Seine embankments
En route for a little excursion on the Ile de la Jatte in Neuilly. Grant it that it's not right in Paris, but walkable nonetheless. And the Guinguette de Neuilly on a nice day is really a dream come true: sitting on the terrace by the waterfront, savoring bistrot cuisine, totally relaxed. The place is welcoming, the décor amusing and friendly. And in fact the old stove that goes back to the time when the restaurant was a stop over for boaters is still there-to warm up the heart and the body.
A little piece of advice: ask for the « bord de seine » terrace hidden in greenery.
