We had already mentioned it, but there have been some changes. Cédric Casanova was not satisfied with just supplying Sicilian olive oils, dried tomatoes and other fennel seeds, he has now decided to take over the cuisine...
Maybe « not very technical », as he says himself, but delicious in the home-made style (orange salad with anchovies, pasta with tuna eggs and bergamot, small almond biscuits, and wines from La Contre-étiquette, the next-door wine merchant--and friend), his recipes are improvised with talent, in the joyful topsy-turvy ambiance of his boutique, with a one and only table.
