Mon hotel or the art of accessible luxury...
Careful U.F.O. in sight! Immediate sighting of a new kind of hotel. Code name? My hotel. Distinctive sign? A Design & Boutique hotel at affordable prices. Amazing! Is this one of those hotels off the beaten track in a pseudo trendy area at the outskirts of Paris? Is there a Madoff in the closet?
A bordello story? Indeed the bordello did exist, but at the time of Madame Claude who might have sent out her pretty girls to work here... Or so goes the story... For the rest, seemingly not.
You are one minute and a half on foot from the place de l'Etoile, the rooms are totally high-tech (plasma + ipod + wifi). In the brightly colored floors, one no longer encounters long-lashed floozies but pretty girls perched high on their Louboutin during fashion-week.
In the evening, at the cozy black lacquered bar, a Miss Arnault organizes a private fiesta in a very LVMH spirit if Miss Gomes, the talented PR, has not taken over the venue for some trendy Parisian event. Finally, at dinner time, a Monsieur Costes imagines and puts together the menu (of the only Parisian restaurant in the area that does not belong to him) for his pal.
