I have a real issue with jeans : there are practically no brands that appeal to me ... nor do they fit me ! I must have a strange figure. Three years ago, at Topshop, I discovered Joe's, and ô miracle-all their models fit perfectly. They are also sold in Paris. For girls who like basic but sexy jeans, super well cut, slim but not leggings, no low waist (we don't want that thong to show ) no high waists (great looking on the catwalks but not easy to wear), with a believable stonewashing (= no poorly done "mustaches" nor soggy tie-and-dye), and without strange stuff all over the place. In one word, perfect. The three models I prefer: Chelsea, Cigarette and Provocateur. Ok, they cost an arm and a leg (about. 200 EUR), but on the sales rack with 40% off, it's more affordable and they last for years.
