After graduating from the Beaux-Arts and a shoe design school, Nathalie Elharrar, worked with leading names in the shoe business and is now launching her own shoe line, LaRare. She just signed her seventh collection which she describes as luxurious, glamorous, rock n' roll, with a touch of fetishism. She unveils her district for us, the 10th.
