My Gourmet Address : Pierre Hermé
Regarding this subject I remain quite classical, but for me Pierre Hermé is one of the leading names when it comes to pastry. The only problem is that here you have to deserve a cake... Good to know, it's open on Sunday and generally there is less of a queue.
