My favorite Restaurant
Everyone calls her « Vallée », but her real name is Valérie, she is the one who welcones clients in this restaurant with an unusual and off-beat decor that includes clothes lines hanging in the middle of the room, with bathing suits... Depending on her inspiration, « Vallée » changes decor and hangs up streamers that used to be on riverside cafés known as guinguettes... It's a real treasure hunt with objects from all over the world, coming from Tibet, Spain or India which owners brought back from their travels. In short, one gets a feeling of being in Brazil or in South America, in a festive ambiance, amidst a joyful group of servers. The plates brim with savors, Carlos, the chef, offers his culinary creations: Voyage à Madras, Amélie Poulet, Acunamatata and Fish and Ships which I go crazy for. Everyone wants to try the chocolate killer, a spongy delight that makes one really feel like coming back. You can even sketch some graffiti on the tables, it's allowed.
